Designed by Steven Harris Architects, 109 East 79 embodies the neighborhood’s prewar spirit with limestone, hand-laid Roman brick, and casement windows. The façade merges classic proportions with modern craftsmanship, while the double-height entrance features Mig Perkins’ expressionist glasswork, adding intrigue and contemporary artistry to its distinguished presence.

Every line, surface, and detail speaks to both heritage and modernity. Light plays across stone and glass, revealing a residence that is at once subtle and dramatic—an architectural symphony of timeless grace in the heart of the Upper East Side.
